Constructed in 1949 as the new City Hall for West Monroe, City Hall Suites is now home to seven inviting apartments. The building was charmingly repurposed while keeping the original character in tact. The lobby retains the vibe of the former municipal building, while the one-time city jail on the third floor has been transformed into a beautiful and spacious three-bedroom apartment with all the amenities including granite counters, hardwood floors, a fireplace and balcony.
Renovation of the building required extensive architectural and engineering work. Careful consideration had to be given to maintain the original look of the facility.
