Cotton Port Apartments

Cotton Port Apartments is a 22,000 square-foot, sixteen-unit apartment project located in the Cotton Port Historical District of West Monroe on the Ouachita River.

The buildings were designed to compliment the historic surroundings of the downtown area and feature extensive wrought iron, climate controlled storage, and a river terrace.
